FAQ

  • How long does dispatch take?
    Delivery times may vary for each product. We provide detailed delivery information when the product is sold, so please check the product link for specifics. Delivery will not take longer than 7 days.
  • How cani change/cancel my order?
    If you would like to request a product change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that this depends entirely on whether the order has already been processed. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations will no longer be possible.
  • Can I change my delivery address?
    Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make amendments to your delivery address. We hope you can understand this will soley depend on whether or not your order has been fulfilled. *Once the product has been shipped, the address cannot be changed.
  • My order is missing products/ I have recived the wrong item
    We strive to ship orders without any mistakes, but occasionally errors do occur. If you believe an item is missing or you have received the wrong product, please contact us. We will do our best to assist you. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused.
  • Can I get a refund for my order?
    All orders are eligible for a refund if notified within 14 days of receiving the order and the item has not been opened. For more details, please refer to our refund/return policy.
  • Are there any items that can't be refunded?
    Refunds cannot be provided for cosmetics that have been unsealed due to hygiene reasons.
  • Why haven't I received my refund?
    We will strive to process refunds within 3 days of receiving the returned package (provided that it meets our refund policy requirements). Depending on your bank, it may take up to 3-4 days for the refund to be fully processed and reflected in your account. Refunds can only be issued to the card used at the time of the order. We are not responsible for any processing fees charged by the bank related to the refund.
  • Do I have to pay for a return?
    We currently do not offer free return services. You are fully responsible for the shipping preparation and associated costs. *For information regarding the return process and costs for specific products, please refer to the product link.
  • I did not receive the sign-up, payment, or shipping confirmation emails
    It's possible that the emails we sent ended up in your junk or spam folder. Please check your junk mail, and if you still cannot find the emails, feel free to contact us
  • How can I receive the invoice?
    You can access the Savirite website, go to My Order, and check the invoice by clicking View Invoice at the very bottom of the page.
